Cold assist is loaded with ginger and vitamins.   Warm, soothing and spicy.   Offers temporary symptom relief of the common cold.

Ingredients: Lemongrass , Stevia Leaves, Ginger, Lemon , Apple pieces, Cinnamon, Hibiscus Petals, Cardamom, Clove, Natural Flavours
Steeping Instructions: 
1 tsp of tea per 250ml water
3-7 minutes 
100C or 212F
